DMS Latest Update for Saturday, May 16, 2026
We would like to inform you about upcoming system changes related to the Digital Customs File. As of May 16, 2026, the method for submitting documents with customs declarations will change. Documents (such as invoices and certificates of origin) must from now on be submitted directly via Softpak DMS. Submitting documents by email will no longer be possible. This change will ensure a more efficient, faster, and more secure process.
To support this new way of working, it is necessary that your system meets one of the following minimum version requirements:
