Security tips through your password policy
In addition to our MFA and SSO solutions, Softpak also offers extensive built-in options to optimize security directly through password policies. Within the settings, you can determine:

✅ Limit login attempts: Define after how many failed attempts an account is blocked.
✅ Strong passwords: Enforce minimum length, uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
✅ Password expiration: Determine after how many days a password expires and whether old passwords may be reused.
✅ Test regularly: Periodically test your backups and procedures to stay prepared for the unexpected.
