Features
- Quotations can be easily created. After approval, quotes can be converted into a booking.
- Via the ProLine App, customers can track shipments, specify VGM weights and consult the ETA of ships.
- We offer various public functions, such as Sailing Schedule and Track Shipment. In addition, customers can create and track their own bookings in a secure customer portal.
- All invoices are collected per sailing in a sub-administration. Ship settlements are generated automatically.
- Data analysts have access to the data to build dashboards and management information in, for example, Power BI.
- Integrations with accounting systems such as Exact, Microsoft, SAP, Unit4 and AFAS and platform community systems such as Portbase (NL) and APCS (BE).
