At Softpak in Ridderkerk, we are looking for an IT Helpdesk Employee to strengthen our team. Do you feel at home in IT and/or the logistics sector? Do you enjoy helping customers? Then we are looking for you!
What will you be doing?
As a Helpdesk Employee, you will be busy every day keeping Softpak’s systems running for more than 400 customers.
Your responsibilities include:
- You are the point of contact for customers regarding our software: Softpak ProStore (Warehouse Management System) and Softpak ProFor (Freight Forwarding System).
- You answer customer questions by phone and via the online helpdesk. You know exactly what to do and keep things clear for yourself and the customer.
- You closely follow up on incidents and requests from our customers.
- You perform tests and help customers further by resolving the issue yourself, whether or not in collaboration with one of your colleagues.
- You build a relationship of trust with your customers.
What do you bring?
We are looking for this profile:
- You have completed an MBO (Intermediate Vocational Education) or HBO (Higher Professional Education) degree in the field of IT and have work experience in a similar role and/or in logistics.
- You are customer-focused and gain satisfaction from solving (sometimes complex) problems and satisfying customers.
- You are a strong communicator and can express yourself perfectly in both Dutch and English.
- You can work independently, are assertive, and have a sense of initiative.
- You are problem-solving oriented and like to take responsibility.
Experience with the following is definitely a plus!
- Software & business applications
- Reporting tools (e.g., JS Reports, JasperReports, CrystalReports).
- Forwarding or WMS (e.g., Softpak, Boltrics, Fiton, BluJay, e2open, CargoWise, Wics, AstroWMS).
