The Dutch Customs has announced that the implementation of the AGS update in the weekend of 29th and 30th of November has been postponed till March 2016. See message Customs: Website
In the message from the Customs department is stated that the Dutch Customs were ready to implement the system, but due to pressure from the customs forwarders and software companies the implementation was delayed.
The software companies have indeed asked for a delay because the test systems of the Customs were not available according to the agreed schedule and alterations in the specifications were made at the last moment. Therefor the software companies were not able to execute a thorough test.
