The customers of Softpak are located in the bigger ports in Europe (Rotterdam, Antwerp, Felixstowe, Dublin, Belfast etc.) and the rest of the world (Netherlands Antilles, Cuba, Saudi Arabia).

The head office of Softpak is located in Ridderkerk the Netherlands (5 kilometers from the city of Rotterdam). Box-IT bv, a subsidiary of Softpak specialized in Container Depot software, is located in Ridderkerk as well, while Softpak Belgium bv is situated in the port of Antwerp (Belgium). BoxVision bv, partly owned by Softpak and specialized in software for Container Terminals and Sales & Rental, is located in Ridderkerk.
